With the Kaiser Permanente app, you can:²

• Get care in a way that works for you — online, by phone, or in person
• Find urgent care, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices near you
• Access your digital ID card to check in for appointments and pick up prescriptions
• Schedule, view, and cancel routine appointments 
• Email your doctor’s office with nonurgent follow-up questions or medical advice
• Call Member Services with questions about your plan, benefits, billing, and account
• See a list of your medications, fill most prescriptions, and check the status of recent prescription orders
• View your medical history, including immunizations, lab results, and a personalized health action plan
• Submit a claim for reimbursement or pay a medical bill

If necessary, search for “Kaiser Permanente” to find the app. Select “Install.”
